By all means ring Mary, who manages all the orders, or myself on 01403 790264 as we are here to help you get the right cushion. We are more likely to come up with exactly what you want if we have had a chance to discuss it.

Cushion sizes and Colours
The cushion sizes are approximate. (Small about 9 inches square, Standard about 13 inches square, Large about 17 inches square and Extra Large about 19 inches square)

Whilst we get pretty close to colours shown on this site we cannot guarantee exact colour match due to vagaries of the web.

Ordering Your Cushion
Order either:-

Cushion with design on one side
- a ready made cushions from our catalogue of cushion designs...Standard charge

Or
- If you like what you see in our catalogue of ready made cushions but want the change the fabric or wording go to our online design centre and place your order there .... NO extra charge

Or
- If you want us to design your own cushion based on any embroidered design you see on one or more cushions featured in our Cushion Designs Catalogue we will make this for you ... Only £5 extra charge
Don't worry ... If you ask us to make a design that will not work, we will contact you!

Cushion with design on one side and work on the other side as well
- If you want to add words to the back (flip side) of the cushion go to our online design centre and to it there .... £5 extra charge

Wedding Invitation Cushions
I prefer to design by using the same layout (or as near as I can get to it) as is on the wedding invitation. That is why I ask you to show me the wedding invitation.

For me to replicate an invitation please complete your order as follows:-
1. In box "Enter your requested wording here :" complete the dotted line by saying who the invitation is for (Jane and Jim or whoever)
2. Submit the order
3. Pay by Credit Card,Paypal or send a cheque with the invitation
4. Scan the invitation and email it to me OR send the invitation to me by post (I will return it with the cushion).

I normally make these up in XL size ivory silk with navy embroidery, but can use any other fabric/piping on request.

Allow 4 weeks delivery, though normally I can manage to get it to you within a week or so.

Create a Repeat Order Account
We give you the option of creating an account.

By creating an account you will be able to

• shop faster as we will remember your address details.
• see your previous orders and reorder.
• as a security measure we will not remember your credit card details

Payment and Security
You can either pay by

• Credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Via Debit, Solo, Maestro, JCB. Payment is via Barclaycard's online secure ePDQ system.
• Cheque (The web site will automatically produce an order form. You can send your cheque and this order form to us).
• Paypal

Dispatch
We normally try to fulfill your order within a week of receiving it.
If I am away from my workroom for any reason and there is likely to be a delay, we will let you know. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Delivery Charges
We normally try to fulfill your order within a week of receiving it.
These vary according to what you order and the delivery address. We advise you of the charge before you place your order
